I met Dr. José Iván Torres Robles on January 21, 2025, when I was rushed to the ER almost unconscious. After several tests, I was diagnosed with urethral stricture, which made catheter placement very difficult. Thanks to Dr. Iván’s skill, persistence, and guidance, it was successfully achieved after three internal incisions. He explained my case clearly and honestly, and helped me through two necessary surgeries: a successful cystostomy on February 28, and a urethroplasty on April 10. Throughout this challenging and painful process, Dr. Iván’s kindness, support, and 24/7 availability made everything much easier.
